• The amount of data transfers and integrations required to switch would be a major disruption to our business
• We would risk running into compliance issues that could expose us to penalties and legal issues which are time-consuming and costly to resolve
• We have employee benefits and continuity concerns (e.g., difficulty of transferring benefits, employee concerns and uncertainty around benefits disruption)
• There are contractual obligations in place with our current vendor and we are concerned about early termination fees
